It is an honor for us to invite you to participate in the
1st International Workshop On Spectral Diagnostics (SD-1)
The Conference will be held in Boston, June 21st - 23rd, 2007.

This important meeting has been initiated in an attempt to standardize the field of vibrational spectroscopy as it applies to medical diagnostics. Invited speakers will present key lectures on the field to date and problems we are facing in terms of standardization. This will help facilitate international collaborations and the introduction of these techniques into the medical community and drive the next generation of instrument design. It is envisioned that the workshop will be structured similarly to that of the Faraday discussions, with a short time allocated for the presentation of each invited paper, and the majority of each session dedicated to discussion.
